Our Founders
Built by two dog parents who were sick of being let down.
We are a young Aussie couple with two miniature dachshunds Poppy & Yogi (@PoppyandYogi) who spent years buying dog beds that went flat, fell apart, or were never even used. Dachshunds are hardwired to burrow, but nothing on the market was built for it. So we built it ourselves.

Not all dog beds are created equal.
Here's why burrowing breeds need more than orthopaedic foam.
Pogi Pod
The Pogi Pod
Cave burrow bed — built for instinct
Soft floppy hood
Collapses like a blanket — dogs burrow under it naturally
Enclosed den shape
Triggers the nesting instinct — dogs actually settle
Blended memory foam
50/50 foam stays lofted and supportive long term
Hood zips off completely
Two beds in one — open or enclosed
Machine washable inner
Unzips from the base — easy clean
Non-slip base
Stays put on timber, tile and vinyl
Standard orthopaedic bed
Regular dog bed
Flat foam — ignores instinct
No hood or cover
Open top — burrowing breeds feel exposed
Flat open surface
Ignores the burrowing instinct entirely
Goes flat quickly
Single density foam compresses after weeks
One configuration only
Flat and open — always
Hard to wash properly
One piece — wash the whole thing or don't bother
Slides on hard floors
No grip — moves every time your dog gets in
Orthopaedic foam supports joints — but it doesn't address why burrowing breeds can't settle. The Pogi Pod does both.
